Word, Excel, PPTX to PDF

Use Nebula PDF Converter to convert Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to PDF files. This makes it easier to share these documents without having to install Microsoft Office. Convert Microsoft Word to PDF

  1. Open the Word to PDF conversion window: From the side menu of the main window select Word to PDF
  2. Open the Browse for File dialog box: from the side menu bar, click “Add Files…” to open the Browse for File dialog box (Fig. 1)
  3. Select Word documents: find and select the target Word files (.docx or .doc) for conversion. You can select multiple files at once. Click Open to add the files. 
  4. Manage added documents: the added Word documents appears in the middle of the file list area (Fig. 2) You can add or remove one or more documents as needed.
  5. Start the conversion process: click the Convert button to start converting the Word files. 
When the conversion process completes, you can review conversion output as well as manage the source files by following this set of instructions pertaining to file management (Fig. 3)

Convert Excel to PDF

From the side menu of the main window, select Excel to PDF button to launch the converting Window for Excel to PDF. All the rest of the steps are identical to that of converting Word to PDF. 

 

Convert PowerPoint to PDF

From the side menu of the main window, select PPTX to PDF button to launch the converting Window for PowerPoint to PDF. All the rest of the steps are identical to that of converting Word to PDF.
