PDF to Word or Excel

Use Nebula PDF Converter to turn a PDF file into an editable Word (.docx) or Excel (.xlsx) document so that you can save time and effort from retyping everything that’s already there. The best part of this feature is that the app supports batch conversion to convert multiple PDFs at once.

Convert PDF to Word

  1. Open the PDF to Word conversion window: From the main window select PDF to Word
  2. Open the Browse for File dialog box: from the side menu bar, click “Add Files…” to open the Browse for File dialog box (Fig. 1)
  3. Select PDF file(s): find and select the target PDF files for conversion. You can select multiple PDF files at once. Click Open to add the files
  4. Set options for conversion: you set page number to define Convert Range for individual PDF files and/or specify the folder for the output files.
  5. Start the conversion process: click the Convert button to start converting the PDF files. 
When the conversion process completes, you can review conversion output as well as manage the source files by following this set of instructions pertaining to file management (Fig. 2 & Fig. 3)

Convert PDF to Excel

From the main window, select PDF to Excel button to launch the converting Window for PDF to Excel. All the rest of the steps are identical to that of converting PDF to Word.
